ok so last sataday night me and my mates went town sepratley from the boys. just as me and my friends were next in que to go into a club i got a phone call from one of my boyfriends mate saying my boyfriend had just been rushed to hospital after he got smashed in the face. hes ok now but the police are involved as the criminal is aparently an illegal immargrant! we have heard many stories about the guy that hit my BF detials like his name and where he comes from ETC, aparently hes well known and not for good reasons either..well anyway the club in which the lads where in when my boyfriend got struck theres a bouncer. the bouncer knows who the guy is and where he lives but he doesnt want to give up any information to the police cos he dont want the guy to come for him! no matter what the police have said to the bounce hes not telling them anything. now me and my boyfriend need him to give this information so we can take this guy to court to get him deported and charged what can i do?Personal Q (good advice pls)!!!!!!!?
Practically the same thing has happened to my daughters boyfriend. The police will be keen to catch this culprit so you need to do what you can to help them. If the bouncer will not give the info you need then all you have to do is stake out the place where this yob goes. This must be done by somebody who is totally impartial. When he returns to the club and he will believe me that is when you need to call the police. Do not try and follow him home or put yourselves in danger. One other thing you could try would be is to trick the bouncer into giving out the information. Ie a stranger needs to chat to him about general stuff and lead him onto the conversation about the fight. Also you could ask the manager of the the club to deal with it, the bouncer should be able to tell him who it was as surely the manager would not want trouble hanging about his pub, go and ask to have a meeting with the manager and make him aware if the situation he should prove helpful and may be able to be involved in catching the thug

The police will prosecute him not your or your boyfriend. The police should (and probably will) subpoena (ie force) the witness (bouncer) into court to testify. When he does so he is obliged to tell the truth and answer the questions. I suspect this will happen. Perhaps go and see the police and ask them to do this.





It is not your business whether he is an illegal immigrant, save to say that you are encouraged to report him and let immigration deal with it. But that is not your problem
Have your boyfriend's buddy stake out the club. This guy will return. When he does, follow him home or get his license. Report him immediately to the police.





The bouncer needs to be reported to the police as a material witness, and that he is refusing to give up the information shoudl be held against him.
Probably best to stay clear of him completely and just accept that your boyfriend may have been talking when he should have been listening (happens to the best of us at times, quite normal for a man).If people are too scared to give info about him then he must be a dodgy dude, even if he is deported there might be dodgy people upset that their weed or crack supply has dreid up.
how do you know he is an illegal immigrant if you dont know anything about him... this sounds like a bull **** story because if he is known like you said more poeple would have information about him not just the bouncer..
if the bouncer will speak in court, dont worry about police, if not then get the info the bouncer knows and confront the guy
sue him for money! or you can get a private investagator

Bribe the Bouncer so he tells you where the guy is ..
This man who claims he knows everything you need to know about the guy, won't give any information what so ever. I think you should tell him that the police are there to stop crime not make it worse. They will keep the information private because its where he lives, if the man asks how do you know where I live the police will just say some annonamus told us.





If the man who did this crime finds out who told them the information, the police will do there bit to make sure he won't get hurt. Hes just very scared and you need to tell him this.
