Will this really help? i need to lose it pretty fast, i need advice, and personal experiences?

Im 15, a girl and weigh 143. I eat about a salad a day and 4 boiled eggs throughout the day, and sometimes whatevers for dinner, but very little of it. I wanna lose about 15 pounds. So about a week ago I started walking for 30 minutes a day, playing ddr for 2 hours a day, on very hard, i lean up against the wall as if im sitting in a chair for about a minute, just random dancing throughout the day, because im homeschooled and just clean all day pretty much, and random excersises for at least 45 minutes a day. Will this tone my body and help lose weight? Will this really help? i need to lose it pretty fast, i need advice, and personal experiences?
Yeup, it should help. However, make note of losing inches over pounds, because it's inches that you want. You could be gaining muscle from your exercise while burning fat, which is a double win for you. Will this really help? i need to lose it pretty fast, i need advice, and personal experiences?
Think of the weight, the calories in the fat-cells, as money, and the food you eat as wages... So the work and exercise you do during the day would be..? Correct, it would be your spending!

How do you lose money? Stop ';earning a living'; and start spending! Eat less - four boiled eggs will give you waaaaay too much cholesterol. Keep your energy high and do some structured aerobic activity every day. Soon, you will be poorer! (slimmer!).
4 boiled eggs a day is TERRIBLE for you....they have the bad sort of fat in them that causes blocked arteries...two a week is recomended. Also..you need a breakfast of porrige to get your metabolism started...have a bowl with some fruit...then lunch should be lean chicken and salad...or pasta and veg...dinner should be the smaller meal....so meat or fish and veg and rice..
yea it sure will the thing is you have to keep it up you don't see the change Straight away so most people just give up, but just carry on
Yes. Insure that the exercise is vigorous. Even on days when you cannot walk, run in place. Avoid sugars and fats. In 6 months your body's metabolism will change and it will be considerably easier to keep the punds off.

Also, let me share something with you. When I was younger a friend of mine was about your size and although I liked her a lot, I didn't go out with her because I considered her heavy. Guess what? I saw her about 6 years later and she was as fine and slender and pretty as one could ever be. She'd wink at me and say softly, ';You lost out.';

She was right.
Honey--that many eggs is BAD for you.

You should have maybe 4 a week--TOPS...not 4 a day!!--and eggs are full of cholesterol.

Have egg whites. Toss the yolks...or freeze them.Spray some Pam in the fryying pan or a tiny bit of olive oil...pour some then take a paper towel and wipe out excess...then scramble the egg whites pour in pan..add a bunch of vegetables...salt, some hot sauce if u want...fry that up and that's plenty. If you're still hungry --have one banana.

You have to eat a balanced diet...and are you using salad dressing?tore bought salad dressing is FULL of calories.

Make home made like this:

put out your greens. Now squeeze a lemon on them. Add a tiny weensie bit of extra Virgin olive oil...a splash of soya sauce, grate some fresh ginger on that...and that is it...it's good and good for you,

Eat steamed frozen spinach with cider vinegar on it and some salt.

Don't drink diet soda if you have been--it's FULL of sodium and makes you retain water=looks like fat on your belly.

Pur cider vinegar on all your vegetables and cook meat in that too...fry it in the vinegar. That cuts the grease in your diet. Lay off sweets and pastries and white bread. Eat only toasted dark rye bear open faced sandwiches...with Dijon mustard, collard greens and a slice of meat and one thin swiss cheese--even add a slice of roasted red pepper.

Exercising with fast motion is not as good as slow methodical moves...repeated 30 minutes a day...yes keep walking=very good exercise...do crunches for abs...get on all 4's and do slow leg kicks back then to the side--each leg--one hundred each leg.

Do deep knee bends--sloooowly up and then down..one hundred=good for your a$$ muscles.
