Should we only give advice from our own personal experiences?

isnt that the only legitiment (sp?) way to know if its good advice or not?Should we only give advice from our own personal experiences?
Giving ';Advice'; is the easiest thing to do! Who would take it?

Well, people wish to believe it if you have personally undergone that experience which you are advising about.

Finally, even if the advice is good, hardly 1% will accept your advice! Such is human nature.Should we only give advice from our own personal experiences?
I don't come here for advice, I come here for opinions. ';Advice'; has the implication you should do what's said, ';Opinions'; are something to think about while deciding what you should do. If someone says, ';You should dump that loser, you deserve better than that,'; that's their OPINION, and something for you to think about. I like to have LOTS of opinions to think about, good and bad, and everything in between.
No. Answers would fold. We each have too little experience to keep this boat afloat. All is Perception.
