I have lost all the baby weight from having my baby a year ago. Now I am clueless as to how to tighten up my sagging butt and tummy. I need some kind of of exercise tips. I am somewhat familiar with weights and cardio but not an expert. Any suggestions would be great! I would love an easy routine I could do at the gym. Thanks!Any personal fitness trainers? I need some advice.?
If youre a member of a gym then go along and speak to the people there - they will help you come up with a routine that is perfect for your shape/weight and that will be most effective at burning fat from the areas you want to loose it. Following a routine you've found online probably wont have the same effect.
They're really nice and very helpful, don't be afraid to speak to them - its what theyre there for!
If you still want to use an online routine, try some of these:

Good Luck xoAny personal fitness trainers? I need some advice.?
Cardio is pretty simple just 20-30 minutes 3 days a week-jogging, eliptical, stationary bike etc...and for weights for the 1st month I recommend 1 exercise for each body part start by doing 3 sets of 8-12 reps
Exercises
Chest: Bench press, dumbell bench press, or seated chest press machine
Back: One arm Rows, seated cable row, lat pulldown,
Shoulders: Overhead Machine or dumbell press, side lateral raises, or front raises
Biceps: dumbell curls, hammer curls, concentration curls
Triceps: pressdowns, kickbacks,
Legs: squats, lunges, leg extension, lying leg curl, standing calf raise, seated calf raise
After you do weights for a month-you've built a good foundation to do more exercises. Good luck-
