my personal trainer said to me to do only 25 minutes of highintensity cardio after my 35 minutes of circuit training he said it is because circuit training counts as cardio is that true or should i be doing 40 minutes of cardio after circuit training because i dont take restes in between exercisesShould i listen to my personal trainer is this good advice?
Why have a personal trainer that you don't trust? He's right, circuit is cardio if you build up a sweat while not resting between exercises.Should i listen to my personal trainer is this good advice?
i have also heard that circuit training counts as cardio because it keeps your heart rate up in the same manner for extended periods of time. i would think that you should listen to him because you have chosen him as your trainer, but the decision is ultimately yours.
you know what?
if you don't listen to him
why are you paying him to get you in shape?
if you want to do it yourself... then do it.. and get rid of the trainer...otherwise listen to the trainer.. it is his advice you are paying for
Id say listen to ur personal trainer cause he knows whats best for ur body !
Just keep in mind that cardio eats away fat but your not working as many muscles therefore you lose some muscle as well. But cardio is a needed.
listen to you trainer anything that gets your heart rate up counts as cardio, you dont want to over do and end up straining muscles.
