I've taken one with Texas Instruments. They were trying to find out character details mostly, although there were some intelligence questions. They often ask the same question a number of times, but in different ways/perspectives to see if the answers are consistent. So definitely answer true to your beliefs, because these tests are actually fairly reliable in determining if you will be a good fit for the company (that is if they have well defined and adhered to belief systems). If you don't match their profile, don't be upset, because you probably wouldn't have liked working there.Personal profile analysis need advice on how to answer?
um....i think we're going to need a little more information on the question.Personal profile analysis need advice on how to answer?
Why do you need advice on this? They are trying to find out if you fit the job and the job is suitable for you. Personality profiling has a long history of use and abuse and is considered by many to be useless, but trying to fiddle the result won't help in the slightest. Answer truthfully, if you get the job then you can always say what a great method it is, if you don't you can always tell your friends the company uses stupid selection methods and you wouldn't want to worjk for the New Age idiots anyway.
If you want to find out more, do a search on ';Myers-Briggs'; and you'll get loads of info and references.
Be yourself, it's the only person you'll ever really be.
if you answered the way someone else thought, it wouldn't be your profile.
