I'm seriously considering it once I've completed college when I'm 18, in 2010, with a friend!Personal general advice on backpacking after college? :)?
Plan - Plan - and re plan.





I took twelve months to organise my twelve months of back packing.


Have access to funds via a secure source.


Copy all documents you need and take a set with you and leave a set here. Have a contract phone which has full network coverage, some pay as you go don't work in some countries.


Are you camping or hostelling. Check sites / locations. Are you going to try and work aboard make sure you are legal to do so. Do not carry anything from one place to another for anyone. Stick together it's safer.

Dont plan too much. Leave yourself open to changes/ surprises. Be clear why you are doing it. Go with the flow. It could change your life for ever if you let it. The biggest problems usually have the best moments !
